USGS is conducting market research to assess qualified businesses capable of RNA sequencing on an Illumina NovaSeq X Plus and library preparation per the attached statement of work. This sources sought is not a request for quote or proposal, does not commit the Government to award, and the Government will not pay costs incurred in responding. Interested responsible sources may submit capability statements and indicate whether they are small or large under NAICS 541380, Testing Laboratories and Services, with a $19.0 million size standard.
