The Period of Performance will be adjusted to 09/01/2025 - 04/30/2026. No additional questions may be allowed. Contractors are required to sign and return copies to the issuing agency. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The solicitation number is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) 140G0325Q0191. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-04 dated 06/11/2025. NAICS: 541990: All Other Scientific and Technical Services, $19.5 Million. This opportunity is not set aside for small businesses. Place of Performance: Vendor's facility. Period of Performance are estimates only: 08/18/2025 to 03/31/2026. Any award resulting from this RFQ will be based on tradeoff method.
