The purpose of this amendment is to update the Statement of Work. Contractor is not required to plan and coordinate sampling trips. The RFQ due date remains the same, 8/4/2025 1500PST. No additional questions may be allowed. Contractors are required to sign and return copies to the issuing agency. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The solicitation number is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) 140G0325Q0167. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-04 dated 06/11/2025. Subject to availability of funds. NAICS: 541690, Other Scientific and Technical Consulting Services, and associated size standard $19 million. This requirement is not set-aside small business. Place of Performance: Vendor's facility. Period of Performance are estimates only: 09/01/2025 to 08/31/2026 and 4 option years. Any award resulting from this RFQ will be based on a tradeoff method. Each offeror must submit sufficient documentation for the USGS to evaluate in order to determine technical acceptability of their offer. Please provide the following information: 1.
