No additional questions may be allowed. The RFQ due date remains the same, 07/08/2025 1500PST. Contractors are required to sign and return copies to the issuing agency. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The solicitation number is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) 140G0325Q0147. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-04 dated 06/11/2025. Subject to availability of funds. This requirement is not set-aside small business. NAICS: 333511, Search, Detection, Navigation, Guidance, Aeronautical, and Nautical System and Instrument Manufacturing, 1,350. Delivery Address: USGS Pacific Coastal Marine Science Center, 2831 Mission Street, Santa Cruz, CA, 95060. Delivery date for estimate only: ASAP or before 10/01/2025. FOB destination requested. Any award resulting from this RFQ will be based on a lowest price technically acceptable method. Each offeror must submit sufficient documentation for the USGS to evaluate in order to determine technical acceptability of their offer. Equipment Requirement: New equipment ONLY, NO grey market or refurbished products. All items must be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. USGS is tax-exempt. Offerors must submit sufficient documentation to demonstrate their capability to perform the required services. Failure to provide the requested information may result in removal from the award consideration. Please submit the following documents: 1.
