Can you give the sqFt of carpet and VCT in each building? Building #3 has 2643.30 SQ FT of carpet, and 812.13 SQ FT of vinyl. Building #4 has 2851.32 SQ FT of carpet, and no vinyl. Building #5 has no carpet, and 59.04 SQ FT of vinyl. 5494.6 Total SQ FT of carpet. 871.17 Total SQ FT of vinyl. 2. Is there a designated janitorial closet available for contractor use? The janitorial closet is in building #4, and the janitorial supply cabinets in building #3. Building #5 will use supplies from building #3. 3. To clarify, is this requirement only for one year? DESCRIPTION The U.S. Geological Survey Idaho Water Science Center (IDWSC) requires Janitorial Services as described in the attached Performance Work Statement.
