This procurement follows the procedures outlined in FAR Parts 12 and 13. All questions, comments, and quotes shall be submitted to Elizabeth Adam, eadam@usgs.gov. Please submit all questions regarding this RFQ to the Buyer NLT Wednesday, August 21 by 1159 ED. This opportunity is unrestricted. Please provide a firm, fixed price quote per the attached Statement of Work. Quotes will be evaluated by Lowest Price, Technically Acceptable (LPTA). Your company must be registered and active in System for Award Management (SAM, www.SAM.gov). Please provide UEI number with quote. U.S. Geological Survey is tax exempt. Potential offerors are required to complete and return with their quotes/offers FAR provisions 52.204-24 and 52.204-26. Offerors must submit sufficient documentation to demonstrate their capability to perform the required services. Failure to provide the requested information may result in removal from award consideration. Submission of Quotations: Quotations shall only be accepted through electronic mail addressed to eadam@usgs.gov. All quotation documents required by this solicitation must be uploaded and received in their entirety no later than Monday, August 26, 2024, at 1000 ED. Quotations submitted by hardcopy shall not be accepted or considered.
