Introduction: The USGS seeks information from firms capable of providing dedicated internet access with a full bi-directional speed of 300 megabits per second, statice IP addresses for routers, installing any necessary fiber optic lines to demarcation and testing the circuit to ensure speeds meet or exceed 300 megabits per second.
