The USGS Western Ecological Research Center requires repairs to a mobile office trailer that has suffered water damage. 3. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary, the government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. Materials submitted to the Government for review will not be returned. 4. Proposed action will be awarded in accordance with FAR 12 Acquisition of commercial Products and Commercial Services and FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. 5. Solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-04, effective 04/01/2024 Please see solicitation with CLINS, technical specifications, provisions, and clauses. 6.
