This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations/proposals are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-06, effective 06 November 2023. This acquisition is a total small business set-aside. The associated NAICS code is 238120, ¿Structural Steel and Precast Concrete Contractors¿, with an associated size standard of $19.0 million annually. SPECIFICATION The U.S. Geological Survey, Cascades Volcano Observatory requires fabrication of two identical sets of 10 concrete blocks (total of 20).
