This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations/proposals are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-05, effective 22 September 2023. This acquisition is total small business set-aside. The associated NAICS code is 336612, "Boat Building", with an associated size standard of 1,000 employees. SPECIFICATION The U.S. Geological Survey, Idaho Water Science Center requires to replace the existing Redline Ford 351 HO engine with a MarinePower 5.3L DI OR Kodiak Marine 5.3L DI engine and make the necessary upgrades to the drive line, impeller, and exhaust to match the engine manufactures specifications.
