This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations/proposals are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-04, effective 06/02/2023. This acquisition is considered a small business set aside. DESCRIPTION The US Geological Survey, Earthquake Science Center in Seattle, requires 900 MHz (22u 16uw) and 9x9 900Mh radios as described in the attached salient characteristics (FOB Destination) shipping to: Box 351310 Rm 70 Johnson Hall Seattle WA 98195-1310 RELEVENT INFORMATION The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 517410 Satellite Telecommunications, and associated size standard $44,000,000 applies to this announcement, along with Product Service Code 7G22 IT and Telecom-Network: Satellite and RF Communication. All questions must be sent directly to rlujan@usgs.gov by 08/31/2023. Quotes shall only be accepted through electronic mail addressed to the Contract Specialist at rlujan@usgs.gov. All proposal documents required by this solicitation must be uploaded and received in their entirety no later than 09/05/2023 at 0800 hrs central. Proposals submitted by hardcopy or any web portal shall not be accepted or considered. Offerors are to include a technical description of the items being offered in sufficient detail to evaluate compliance with the requirements in the solicitation as seen in the Salient Characteristics (see Attachment).
