Optical Isolation Table REQUEST FOR QUOTE INTRODUCTION This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations/proposals are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-04, effective 06/02/2023. This acquisition is set-aside for Small Business. DESCRIPTION The U.S. Geological Survey, Volcano Science Center requires an optical isolation table for equipment and sensor testing and evaluation as described in the attached salient characteristics (see SF-18). Shipping is to be included. All proposal documents required by this solicitation must be uploaded and received in their entirety no later than 07/10/2022 at 1700 hrs CST. Proposals submitted by hardcopy, or any web portal shall not be accepted or considered. Offerors are to include a technical description of the items being offered in sufficient detail to evaluate compliance with the requirements in the solicitation as seen in the Salient Characteristics (see attached SF-18).
