This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations/proposals are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-04, effective 02 June 2023. This acquisition is a total small business set-aside. The associated NAICS code is 324110 - Petroleum Refineries with an associated size standard 1,500 employees. SPECIFICATION The U.S. Geological Survey, USGS Research Drilling Program, requires jet fuel for work in Prudhoe Bay Alaska. Please see solicitation document(s) for a detailed description and solicitation provisions/clauses. SUBMISSION OF QUOTATIONS/PROPOSALS Quotations/Proposals shall only be accepted through electronic mail addressed to the Contracting Officer at nlushenko@usgs.gov. All proposal documents required by this solicitation must be uploaded and received in their entirety no later than 15 June 2023 at 1700 Eastern Time.
