NAICS: 483114 Coastal and Great Lakes Passenger Transportation/associated size standard of 550 employees PSC: V124, Transportation/Travel/Relocation- Transportation: Marine Charter Place of Performance: Pacific Ocean off the southern California Coast between the mainland and San Nicolas Island, CA. Period of Performance: Base Period for Spring: Approximately 05/01/2023 - 06/30/2023 Option Period for Fall: Approximately 9/1/2023 - 11/30/2023. Subject to the availability of funds and continuing need. Period of performance and/or delivery dates are estimates only. All interested parties must be registered and have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) at the time of submitting a quote to be considered for an award of a federal contract. All proposal documents required by this solicitation must be uploaded and received in their entirety no later than 04/30/2023 at 1700 Eastern. Proposals submitted by hardcopy or any web portal shall not be accepted or considered. It is the responsibility of all interested parties to check back periodically for any amendments to the solicitation. All amendments must be signed and included when the quote is submitted.
