This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-04, effective 02 June 2023. This acquisition is a total small business set-aside. The associated NAICS code is 334516 - Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing with an associated size standard 1,000 employees. SPECIFICATION The U.S. Geological Survey, Volcano Science Center Hawaiian Volcano Observatory, requires production of highly specialized 'multi-GAS' (Multiple Gas Analyzer System) volcanic gas monitoring instruments developed in-house by USGS scientists as described in the solicitation¿s specifications.
