Synopsis/Solicitation Combo INTRODUCTION This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations/proposals are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2022-08, effective 28 October 2022. This acquisition is a total small business set-aside. The associated NAICS code is 326122, Plastics Pipe and Pipe Fitting Manufacturing, with an associated size standard of 750 employees. SPECIFICATION The U.S. Geological Survey, Research and Drilling Program, requires Blow Out Prevention (BOP) equipment for safety purposes. USGS Drilling requires White PVC well casing. Casing shall be flush joint threaded with O-rings, 20¿ of makeup -shoulder to shoulder, clean and free of debris and meet American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) roundness standards.
