Combined Synopsis-Solicitation for Deer Samples DNA Sequencing using Single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs). The purpose of this amendment is to extend the RFQ deadline to 09/13/2022 and update the Statement of Work. No additional questions will be accepted. Contractors are required to sign and return copies to the issuing agency. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) 140G0322Q0238. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-07 dated 08/10/2022. NAICS: 541690: Other Scientific and Technical Consulting Services, $16.5 Million. Place of Performance: Vendor's facility. Period of Performance are estimates only: 10/01/2022 to 09/30/2023. Offerors are to sign and return the SF-18, including a technical description of the services being offered in sufficient detail to evaluate compliance with the requirements as seen in the Evaluation Factors on P. 5 and a signed Section 889 Certification on P.22 and P.23. This may include product literature, references, or other documents, if necessary, and is to include the country of manufacture.
