This is a total small business set-a-... The U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) has a requirement for a 6.0m (20-21 ft) rigid-hull inflatable boat. Note: Funding is anticipated but is not presently available. This is a total small business set-a-side. This combined synopsis/solicitation is for a firm fixed price commercial supply contract and is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will be issued. The solicitation number is 140G0322Q0053 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitations incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2022-02, effective January 14, 2022. Please see solicitation with CLINS, technical specifications, provisions, and clauses. All questions pertaining to this solicitation must be submitted to the Contracting Officer by 3:00pm ET on February 3, 2022. Quotations are due no later than 3:00pm ET on February 9, 2022. The Government anticipates award of a commercial, Firm-Fixed Price type purchase order on or about February 14, 2022. NOTE: All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary - the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. Materials submitted to the Government for review will not be returned. It is the responsibility of all interested parties to check back periodically for any amendments to the synopsis or solicitation.
