TELEPHONE SERVICES INTRODUCTION This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations/proposals are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-06, effective 07/12/2021. This acquisition is available for full and open competition. All questions must be sent directly to capplegate@usgs.gov by 07/27/2021 at 0600 PDT. DESCRIPTION The US Geological Survey, California Water Science Center, requires telephone services as described in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). RELEVENT INFORMATION The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 517311, Wired Communications Carriers, and associated size standard 1,500, apply to this announcement, along with Product Service Code D316, IT and Telecom - Telecommunications Network Management. Quotes shall only be accepted through electronic mail addressed to the Contracting Officer at capplegate@usgs.gov. All proposal documents required by this solicitation must be uploaded and received in their entirety no later than 07/30/2021 at 0600 PDT. Proposals submitted by hardcopy or any web portal shall not be accepted or considered. Offerers are to include a technical description of the services being offered in sufficient detail to evaluate compliance with the requirements in the solicitation as seen in the Evaluation Factors as seen in the Attachment. This may include product literature, references, or other documents, if necessary.
