Potential offerors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM.gov) at the time quote/offer submission. Potential offerors are required to complete and return with their quote/offer FAR provisions 52.204-24 and 52.204-26. Note to Potential Offerors: Award will be made using price and other factors such as Experience and Past Performance.
