WEB MEETING FACILITATION DREISSENID MUSSEL INTRODUCTION This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations/proposals are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-05, effective 03/10/2021. This acquisition is available for full and open competition. All questions must be sent directly to capplegate@usgs.gov by 04/07/2021 1200 PDT. DESCRIPTION The US Geological Survey, Columbia River Research Laboratory, requires services for Web Meeting Facilitation for the Dreissenid Mussel as described in the attached SOW. All services will be performed at the contractor place of business. RELEVENT INFORMATION The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 541990 (All Other Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services) and associated size standard $16.5 million apply to this announcement, along with Product Service Code R499 (Support-Professional: Other). Quotes shall only be accepted through electronic mail addressed to the Contracting Officer at capplegate@usgs.gov. All proposal documents required by this solicitation must be uploaded and received in their entirety no later than 04/14/2021 at 0700 PDT. Proposals submitted by hardcopy or any web portal shall not be accepted or considered. Questions regarding this requirement are to be send to capplegate@usgs.gov.
