This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations/proposals are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-05, effective 10 March 2021. This acquisition is a total small business set-aside. The associated NAICS code is 483113 - Coastal and Great Lakes Freight Transportation, with an associated size standard of 750 employees. SPECIFICATION The U.S. Geological Survey, Western Ecological Research Canter, requires a charter vessel.
