Logistical Support Services The United States Geological Survey (USGS), Alaska Science Center, Anchorage, AK 99508 Please provide a firm, fixed price quote for lodging per the attached Statement of Work. Please give daily rate on quote for both lodging rooms and office space. The Government will only pay for actual days used. This solicitation is set aside for 100% small business participation. NAICS 561210, Facilities Support Services, $41.5 million annually, applies to this action. This procurement follows the procedures outlined in FAR Parts 12 and 13. Potential Offerors must be registered in SAM.gov at time of quote/proposal submission. Please include your DUNS number with quote submission. Potential offers are required to complete and return with their quotes/offers FAR provisions 52.204-24 and 52.204-26. Period of Performance: 03/15/2021 to 04/15/2021 Note to Potential Offerors: Any award resulting from this RFQ will be based on a lowest price technically acceptable method of evaluation. Each offeror must submit sufficient documentation for the USGS to evaluate in order to determine technical acceptability of their offer. Failure to provide the requested information may result in removal from consideration. US Geological Survey is tax exempt.
