This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-09, Effective 10/26/2020. SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS NAICS: 336611; Boat Building and Repairing; Size Standard = 1,250 Employees PSC: J019; Maintenance, Repair and Rebuilding of Equipment: Ships, Small Craft, Pontoons, and Floating Docks DESCRIPTION The David H. Peterson is a 64' aluminum catamaran with a 24' beam; 45 gross tons. The USGS requires services to Dry-dock, inspect and repair the USGS R/V David H. Peterson as described on P. 10 of the attachment. Offerors are to include a technical description of the services being offered in sufficient detail to evaluate compliance with the requirements in the solicitation as seen in the Evaluation Factors as seen in the attachment. This may include product literature, references, or other documents, if necessary. A Site Visit is scheduled for Thursday, 11/12/2020 as described on P. 10 of the attachment.
