This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations/proposals are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2020-07, effective 02 July 2020. This acquisition is total small business set aside. The associated NAICS code is 331210, Iron and Steel Pipe and Tub Manufacturing from Purchased Steel, with an associated size standard of 1,000 employees. SPECIFICATION The U.S. Geological Survey, Research Drilling Program , requires a Stainless Steel Casing 2¿ x 20¿ sch 40 316 stainless steel pipe. Please see attached document(s) for a detailed description and solicitation provisions/clauses. DELIVERY REQUIREMENT Quotations/Proposals must be submitted FOB Destination shipping to Las Vegas, NV 89120. SUBMISSION OF QUOTATIONS/PROPOSALS Quotations/Proposals shall only be accepted through electronic mail addressed to the Contracting Officer at nlushenko@usgs.gov. All proposal documents required by this solicitation must be uploaded and received in their entirety no later than 03 August 2020 at 1700 ET.
