Synopsis/Solicitation Combo INTRODUCTION This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations/proposals are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2020-07, effective 02 July 2020. This acquisition is brand name only. The associated NAICS code is 334511, Search, Detection, Navigation, Guidance, Aeronautical, and Nautical System and Instrument Manufacturing, with an associated size standard of 1,250 employees. SPECIFICATION The U.S. Geological Survey, Alaska Science Center, requires three (3) Kongsberg transceivers; One (1) WBT 38 kHz split beam transceiver, one (1) WBT 120 kHz split beam transceiver, one (1) ES38-10 3 channel split beam transducer. DELIVERY REQUIREMENT Quotations/Proposals must be submitted FOB Destination shipping to Anchorage, AK 99508. SUBMISSION OF QUOTATIONS/PROPOSALS Quotations/Proposals shall only be accepted through electronic mail addressed to the Contracting Officer at nlushenko@usgs.gov. All proposal documents required by this solicitation must be uploaded and received in their entirety no later than 20 July 2020 at 1700 ET. Proposals submitted by hardcopy or the FedConnect web portal or FedConnect Message Center shall not be accepted or considered.
