Synopsis/Solicitation Combo INTRODUCTION This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations/proposals are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-100, effective 05 June 2020. This acquisition is a total small business set-aside. The associated NAICS code is 333314, Optical Instrument and Lens Manufacturing, with an associated size standard of 500 employees. SPECIFICATION The U.S. Geological Survey, Geology, Minerals, Energy, and Geophysics (GMEG) Science Center, requires an Infrared thermography camera ¿ Infratec VarioCAM HD head 900 GW with 30 mm lens. Please see attached document(s) for a detailed description and solicitation provisions/clauses. DELIVERY REQUIREMENT Quotations/Proposals must be submitted FOB Destination shipping to Moffett Field, CA 94035. SUBMISSION OF QUOTATIONS/PROPOSALS Quotations/Proposals shall only be accepted through electronic mail addressed to the Contracting Officer at nlushenko@usgs.gov. All proposal documents required by this solicitation must be uploaded and received in their entirety no later than 17 June 2020 at 1700 ET. Proposals submitted by hardcopy or the FedConnect web portal or FedConnect Message Center shall not be accepted or considered.
