Advanced National Seismic System Support and Development. This synopsis is to announce the USGS Office of Acquisition and Grants, Sacramento, CA 95819, is seeking to establish a five-year ID/IQ contract for the commercial software development, maintenance, support, and enhancement of the Advanced National Seismic System (ANNS) Quake Management System (AQMS). Appropriate Product Service Code is D318. The incumbent is Instrumental Software Technologies, Inc, (ISTI) New Paltz, NY. The maximum level of the ID/IQ will be limited to $1,500,000.00 with a $25,000.00 minimum. The procedures at FAR Parts 12, Commercial Items and 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items will be used. The RFQ, 140G0320Q0059 will be posted soon.
