Combined Synopsis/Solicitation This solicitation is subject to the availability of funds INTRODUCTION This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 and 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations/proposals are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2020-01, effective 12 November 2019. This acquisition is a total small business set-aside. The associated NAICS code is 562111 - Solid Waste Collection, with an associated size standard of $41.5 million annually. SPECIFICATION The U.S. Geological Survey, Research Drilling Program, requires the containment, transportation, and disposal of drilling fluids and solids resulting from the drilling of ground water boreholes in Los Angeles metropolitan area. SUBMISSION OF QUOTATIONS/PROPOSALS Quotations/Proposals shall only be accepted through electronic mail addressed to the Contracting Officer at nlushenko@usgs.gov.
