This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) 140G0319Q0208. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-06 Item 1, Effective 10 September 2019. Full and Open Competition - Unrestricted NAICS: 333618 - Other Engine Equipment Manufacturers; Size Standard = 1,500 Employees DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT The USGS - Clarkston Field Station in Clarkston, WA requires the replacement of two inboard boat motors as described in the Statement of Work (see P. 10). In addition to a quote, as per FAR 52.212-1, offerers are to include a technical description of the services being offered in sufficient detail to evaluate compliance with the requirements in the solicitation. This may include product literature, or other documents, if necessary. References are also required. This requirement is Subject to the Availability of Funds and is subject to the Service Contract Labor Standards Wage Determinations (nee Service Contract Act).
