Set-Aside for Small Business NAICS: 541990; Other Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services; Size Standard = $15.0 Million DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES As part of a project studying wildfire, forest management, and fire hazards, the USGS ¿ Western Geographic Science Center is in need of data processing related to and/or including spatial datasets, model construction, data analysis, field data, programming, and databases. This work is to be completed in three Tasks; NOTE that Task 3 is subject to the availability of funds and continuing need. The Government seeks competitive firm fixed price quotes to meet or exceed the services described in the Performance-Based Work Statement. In addition to a quote, as per FAR 52.212-1, offerers are to include a technical description of the services being offered in sufficient detail to evaluate compliance with the requirements in the solicitation. This may include product literature, or other documents, if necessary. The evaluation of the offers will be based on experience, past performance, and price.
