MATLAB SOFTWARE INTRODUCTION This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations/proposals are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2019-01, effective 20 December 2018. Contractor is responsible for reading the contents of this document and attachments. This acquisition is available for full and open competition. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 511210 - Software Publishers, and associated size standard $38,500,000 apply to this announcement. SPECIFICATION The US Geological Survey, Earthquake Science Center, requires MATLAB Software as listed on P. 11 of the associated SF-18.
