This is a sources sought notice for market research to identify parties interested in compiling existing Indian Tribal streamflow and groundwater elevation hydrologic data (1950–2026) to support groundwater model history matching near the Keweenaw Bay Indian Community (KBIC). The contractor will compile tribal hydrologic data within the KBIC L’Anse Reservation and specified study basins, participate in meetings to provide local knowledge feedback on model results, and attend quarterly check-in calls. The performance location is the KBIC L’Anse Reservation and study basins in Michigan, as shown on the attached contract map. No budget amount is specified.
