Amendment 0001 is being issued to extend the solicitation due date to May 12, 2025 and questions are due by May 8, 2025. 1) This Synopsis/Solicitation Notice is to announce that the U.S. Department of the Interior (DOI), U.S. Geological Survey (USGS), has a requirement for Oil and Gas Database Access with associated applications and software in accordance with the attached solicitation. 2) The synopsis/solicitation number is 140G0225R0010 and is being issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). 3) The award for this requirement shall be made using the policies in the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial items, and in conjunction with the policies and procedures for solicitation, evaluation, and award prescribed in FAR 15, as appropriate for this acquisition. The award shall be made to the vendor whose quote, conforming to this RFP, is determined to be the most advantageous to the government. 4) This solicitation is issued as Full and Open Competition.
