BETHNIC MACROINVERTEBRATES SAMPLE ANALYSIS This Solicitation Notice is to announce this combined Synopsis/Solicitation. The U.S. Department of Interior (DOI), U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) has a requirement for an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a five-year rough order of magnitude less than $250,000 for Taxonomic identification and enumeration analysis services in accordance with the solicitation, Performance-based Work Statement, clauses, provisions and attachment. The policies contained in FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures shall be used for this acquisition. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 541380 Testing Laboratories and Services, which has a Small Business size standard of $19M. Non-price/cost factors are of greater importance than price/cost for determining which vendor receives an award.
