This Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Notice is to announce the U.S. Department of the Interior (DOI), U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) has a requirement for decommissioning, cleanup, and restoration of a laboratory in Hawaii, USA in accordance with Attachment 1 Performance-based Work Statement and Attachment 2 Department of Labor (DOL) Davis-Bacon (Construction) Act (DBA) and Services Contract Act (SCA) wage determinations (WD).
