COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION - DIGITAL RADIOGRAPHY AMD 0002 The purpose of this modification is to include Atch A which inadvertently not included in Amendment 0001. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. AMD 0001 The purpose of this modification is to correct the description of the item solicited and incorporate FISMA and Section 508 Documents. A. The title description in Combined Synopsis/Solicitation is changed from Digital Imaging IWX System X to Digital Imaging IWV System X. B. GS0335 FISMA document is incorporated into this solicitation. C. Section 508 document is incorporated into this solicitation. D. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. This Solicitation Notice is to announce the U.S. Department of the Interior (DOI), U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) National Wildlife Health Center (NWHC) has requirement of Digital Imaging System in accordance with the attached Specifications. The solicitation number is 140G0221Q0191 and is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The policies contained in FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures and FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items, shall be used for this acquisition. This is a 100% Small Business Set-aside. The associated NAICS code is 339112 Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing associated with small business size standard in number of 1,000 employees.
