Amendment 0001 Dissolves the Small Business Set-Aside restrictions, all capable and responsible entities may now enter the competition for award; and, extends the opportunity end date from 02/02/2023 by 1 week to 02/09/2023. Respondents must include a completed and signed SF1449 and a completed and signed SF30 for each amendment in their quote package. This Solicitation Notice is to announce the U. S. Department of the Interior (DOI), U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) has a requirement for an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a five-year rough order of magnitude (ROM) less than $250,000.00 for RADIOCARBON ANALYSIS SERVICES in accordance with the solicitation with its the Performance-based Work Statement, clauses, provisions and attachment(s). The policies contained in FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures, shall be used for this acquisition. Non-price/cost factors are of greater importance than price/cost for determining which vendor receives an award. Questions asked within the 3 days before the opportunity expires/close may be considered untimely and may not receive a response.
