Subject: Pre- Solicitation Notice for Solicitation No. 140G0223Q0009 Notice Type: Pre-Solicitation Notice Synopsis: The United States Geological Survey is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFQ) for a COTS Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) The NAICS code is 541511, with a size standard of 30 Mil. This requirement is being procured in accordance with Far 13 This work involves performing work as defined in the Performance Work Statement that will be provided when solicitation is issued. Detailed requirements and/or specifications will be listed within the solicitation. A Firm Fixed Price award is contemplated from this solicitation with an award to the offeror(s) providing the best value, based on the evaluation criteria outlined in the solicitation once issued. The solicitation package will include the Solicitation Forms (SF1449), Statement of Work and other attachments as required.
