INDEFINITE DELIVERY/INDIFINITE QUANTITY (IDIQ) REQUIREMENTS CONTRACT FOR HIGH-DENSITY POLYETHYLENE (HDPE) BOTTLES AND CAPS This Solicitation Notice is to announce the U.S. Department of the Interior (DOI), U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) Water Resources Division (WRD), Water Mission Area (WMA), Laboratory Analytical Service Division (LASO), National Water Quality Laboratory (NWQL) has a requirement for Polyethylene (HDPE) Bottles and Caps in accordance with the attached Specification. The solicitation number is 140G0222R0016 and is being issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The policies contained in FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures and FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items, shall be used for this acquisition. This is an open and full competition. The associated NAICS code is 326160 Plastic Bottle Manufacturing. A copy of this solicitation may be accessed by clicking on the SAM.gov use Reference Number 140G0222R0016.
