1) This Synopsis/Solicitation Notice is to announce the U.S. Department of Interior (DOI), U.S. Geological Survey has a requirement for a Brand Name or Equal to Brooks Rand MERX-M Methyl Mercury Analy... 1) This Synopsis/Solicitation Notice is to announce the U.S. Department of Interior (DOI), U.S. Geological Survey has a requirement for a Brand Name or Equal to Brooks Rand MERX-M Methyl Mercury Analyzer in accordance with the attached solicitation. 2) The synopsis/solicitation number is 140G0222Q0133 and is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). 3) The award of this requirement shall be made using the policies in the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, and in conjunction with the policies and procedures for solicitation, evaluation, and award prescribed in FAR Part 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items, as appropriate for this acquisition. Award shall be made to the vendor whose quote, conforming to this RFQ is determined to be the most advantageous to the government. 4) This is a 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE.
