This Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Notice is to announce the U.S. Department of the Interior (DOI), U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) has a requirement for whole rock Sr, Nd, and Pb isotopic analyses services from rock samples to be used for isotope tracer investigations and crustal characterizations in accordance with the Performance-based Work Statement. This solicitation is a Request for Quote (RFQ). The policies contained in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13 Simplified Acquisition, shall be used for this acquisition. All requirements for preparation, submission, and receipt of (proposals)(quotes) contained in the solicitation and amendments shall be adhered to.
