This Solicitation Notice is to announce the U.S. Department of the Interior (DOI), U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) Great Lakes Science Center has a requirement for Maintenance and Repair of USGS Research Vessel Muskie in accordance with the attached Specifications. The solicitation number is 140G0222Q0030 and is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The policies contained in FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures and FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items, shall be used for this acquisition. This is an open and full competition.
