Amendment 0001 dissolves small business set-aside requirements/restrictions, all vendors/offerors/contractors can compete for this contract opportunity; and extends the Responses Due Date to 07/15/2021. This Solicitation Notice is to announce the Department of the Interior (DOI) U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) Upper Midwest Water Science Center's (UMid-WSC) has a requirement for a Indefinite Delivery Requirements (IDR) Contract for Solid Phase Adsorption Tracking Tool (SPATT) extraction and analysis services, extraction and analysis of numerous algal toxins by both tandem liquid chromatography mass spectrometry (LCMSMS) and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). The policies contained in FAR Part 13, in conjunction with the policies and procedures for solicitation, evaluation and award prescribed in Part 15, as appropriate, shall be used for this acquisition. This contract opportunity is a 100% Small Business Set-aside; with associated NAICS 541380 Testing Laboratories, which has a small business size standard of $16.5M. Basis for Award: Trade-off.
