This combined Synopsis/Solicitation Notice is to announce the U.S.Department of Interior (DOI), U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) has a requirement for Replacement of Air Handling Unit (FS-06) at USGS National Wildlife Health Center, Madison, Wisconsin. 2. The synopsis/solicitation number is 140G0221R0019 and is being issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). 3. The policies contained in FAR Part 12, in conjunction with the policies and procedures for solicitation, evaluation, and award prescribed in Part 13.5, and Part 15, as appropriate shall be used for this acquisition. 4. Offerors shall include a Dun and Bradstreet number with proposal. Offerors must be current and active in System for Award Management (SAM) in order to receive award.
