This Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Notice is to announce the U.S. Department of the Interior (DOI), U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) has a requirement for the construction of a New Solar and Backup Power System for the USGS Honolulu Magnetic Observatory, 91-270 Fort Weaver Rd, Ewa Beach, Hawaii 96706 USA. The policies contained in FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition in conjunction with the policies and procedures for solicitation, with evaluation and award prescribed in Part 15, as appropriate, shall be used for this acquisition. Set-aside. This is a 100% Small Business Set-aside. The associated NAICS code is 238210 Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors, which has a small business size standard of $16.5M.
