S G... SAF ASL SERVICES RE-COMPETE This is a pre-solicitation notice only. This is not a Request for Proposals (RFP) and does not commit the Government to award any contracts now or in the future. The U. S Geological Survey (USGS), Albuquerque Seismology Laboratory (ASL), has a requirement for the deployment, installation, maintenance, operation, and repair of the USGS, ASL seismographic networks, seismographs, digital electronics, as well as the collection, processing, quality control of digital and analog seismographic data provided by this network. Support activities will also include non-personal services for assisting in ASL facilitates maintenance, and engineering and technical support. Contractor personnel will be based at the Albuquerque Seismological Laboratory, Albuquerque, NM. Performance period is twelve months with four, twelve month option periods. The issue date for the solicitation will be on or about July 15,2021. No hard copies of the solicitation will be available. The Government does not intend to use Part 12 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations for this acquisition. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this project is 811219. This notice does not obligate the government to award a contract nor does it obligate the government to pay for any proposal preparation costs. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring beta.sam.gov for the release of the solicitation package and any solicitation amendments.
