This combined Synopsis/Solicitation Notice is to announce the U.S. Department of Interior (DOI), U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) has a requirement for a Brand Name Thermo Fischer Silver SERVICE CONTRACT - LAB EQUIPMENT MAINT in accordance with the attached solicitation. 2. The synopsis/solicitation number is 140G0221Q0212 and is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). 3. The policies contained in FAR Part 12, in conjunction with the policies and procedures for solicitation, evaluation, and award prescribed in FAR Part 13, as appropriate shall be used for this acquisition. 4. This is FULL AND OPEN. The associated NAICS Code is 811219 - Laboratory Instrument Repair and Maintenance Services. 5. Offerors shall include DUN and Bradstreet number with quote.
