This combined Synopsis/Solicitation Notice is to announce the U.S. Department of Interior (DOI), U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) has a requirement for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Soluble Reactive Phosphorus (SRP) Reagent and Standard Kits in accordance with the attached solicitation. 2. The synopsis/solicitation number is 140G0221Q0186 and is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Submit quotes on RFQ Number 140G0221Q0186. 3.
