This combined Synopsis/Solicitation Notice is to announce the U.S. Department of Interior (DOI), U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) has a requirement for PFAS SAMPLE ANALYSIS in accordance with the attached solicitation. 2. The synopsis/solicitation number is 140G0221Q0092 and is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Submit quotes on RFQ Number 140G0221Q0092. 3. The policies contained in FAR Part 12, in conjunction with the policies and procedures for solicitation, evaluation, and award prescribed in Part 13, as appropriate shall be used for this acquisition. 4.
